How to HELP
There are many ways to help
-
Listen to what they have to say, don't interrupt, judge them, and just listen. Keep in mind, they are depressed

Help them with daily activities like Making food, laundry, work/school etc.

Take that person to do fun activities. Don't stress them or make them tired
-
educate yourself about depression
-
take good care of your health, it can be contagious
-
spread the word!
