How to HELP

There are many ways to help

  • Listen to what they have to say, don't interrupt, judge them, and just listen. Keep in mind, they are depressed 

  • Help them with daily activities like Making food, laundry, work/school etc.

  • Take that person to do fun activities. Don't stress them or make them tired

  • educate yourself about depression

  • take good care of your health, it can be contagious

  • spread the word!
